We help our clients in their recovery journey by using an integrated approach that includes intuitive eating, anti-diet, and Health at Every Size principles. Our goal is to support our clients in developing a healthy relationship with food and their bodies, without the pressure of diet culture.

More than food

We believe that eating disorders and unhealthy  relationships with food are related to our mental well being. Our facilitators are well versed in treating the whole person including the difficult emotions and thoughts that make recovery challenging.
